- Fault Codes- P0483, P0622, C1036, C1009, C2101, U0019, B210D, U0164, U0186, U0184, B1640, B1644, B1648, C1008, B165E. Front u joint is about to come apart or out!! Truck starts in gear because someone removed the clutch switch completely from the truck and harness. They Bypassed it. Needs clutch switch, clutch master cylinder, Rear axle seals leaking, rear pads and rotors and shoes bad, rear wheel speed sensor bad, shifter is bad needs replaced, A/C compressor is bad, drier and orifice line with Freon. voltage regulator is wired externally and charging at 15.4 volts, radio and communication codes in the ECM. Transfer case is bad. Customer would like a price on tcase replacing but he provided his own, a/c labor only he will provide parts and shifter fix and clutch switch and clutch cylinder only at this time. Quoted. Customer declined all repairs but the T-case he supplied. Customer T-case is wrong he took and is having rebuilt by someone. Front u joint is about to go out!! Customer is aware.
- Customer supplied own Transfer case. Seals out of it and needs replaced. Replaced seal and installed customers Transfer case. Torqued. Filled with new fluid and ran, Good.
