    • Diag, Found all rotors warped, stabilizer bar end links bad, air filter 100% plugged up and thermostat failed. Customer approved repairs, rotor parts are under warranty. All repairs done and no issues.
    • R&R with new thermostat, Filled with coolant and bleed system good. Test drove and no issues. Good.
    • R&R with new, Torqued. Both were worn out bad.
    • R&R with new front rotors, Torqued. Old were glazed bad.
    • R&R with new front rotors, Torqued. Old were glazed bad.
    • R&R with new, Old was plugged 100% and non cleanable due to had bad it is and sucked it in.

    Services Performed
    • Diag, Checked rear diff and serviced, Good, Checked T-case and there is no fluid in it at all. Drained and got about .5 of a quart out of it that is it and it was sludge and metal, no signs of leaks anywhere. Problem is Transfer case. Transmission fluid is full and looks good, Front diff is full and fluid looks good. Needs a Transfer case. Customer is bringing his own transfer case. NO WARRANTY.
    • R&R cover, clean and inspect. No signs of metal or any issues, Filled with new fluid. Installed cover and torqued.
    • Pulled plug and .5 qts of fluid came out, Tons of sludge and metal. Needs a transfer case.
    • Customer dropped off his transfer case he supplied for install. Customer states the company states use 5-W30 Synthetic motor oil ONLY!! Customer provided the paper work for it stating as well. Installed Transfer case with 5-W30 Synthetic oil only. Torqued, Ran and tested. Good.

    • Diag, Power steering pump is leaking. It was just replaced several times by another shop. Checked over and leak is coming from housing, bottom pressure line and the top relief valve. Needs new pump. Customer approved.

    • Fault Codes- P0483, P0622, C1036, C1009, C2101, U0019, B210D, U0164, U0186, U0184, B1640, B1644, B1648, C1008, B165E. Front u joint is about to come apart or out!! Truck starts in gear because someone removed the clutch switch completely from the truck and harness. They Bypassed it. Needs clutch switch, clutch master cylinder, Rear axle seals leaking, rear pads and rotors and shoes bad, rear wheel speed sensor bad, shifter is bad needs replaced, A/C compressor is bad, drier and orifice line with Freon. voltage regulator is wired externally and charging at 15.4 volts, radio and communication codes in the ECM. Transfer case is bad. Customer would like a price on tcase replacing but he provided his own, a/c labor only he will provide parts and shifter fix and clutch switch and clutch cylinder only at this time. Quoted. Customer declined all repairs but the T-case he supplied. Customer T-case is wrong he took and is having rebuilt by someone. Front u joint is about to go out!! Customer is aware.
    • Customer supplied own Transfer case. Seals out of it and needs replaced. Replaced seal and installed customers Transfer case. Torqued. Filled with new fluid and ran, Good.

    • Diag, Found codes for engine over heated 2 different times, cam sensor not reading. Looked at cam sensor and found the connector is broken and someone tried silicon it on and the silicon got inside the connector and blocked the pins from going into the sensor and connector mating. Radiator has junk all in it stopped up, water pump old, thermostat is not opening all the way. Needs all replaced, new coolant and clean cam sensor up and change the connector. Customer approved all repairs.
    • R&R broken connector with new. Ran test, reading Cam position now. Good. Old connector was broken, someone tried siliconing it together and the pins were blocked away from matting to the sensor and connector.
    • R&R water pump with new, Torqued.
    • R&R radiator with new, Filled with coolant and bleed system good. Topped off. Ran no leaks or issues.
    • R&R with new thermostat. Torqued. Ran up to temp, reading good on test drive.
    • R&R belt with new, Looks worn out and split in spots.
