Diag, Check engine light is not on and no codes are in the system. Customer stated his son did rear and clear the codes. Found the front drivers side hub is bad, bearing bad, and u joint bad. Bearing coming apart caused hub failure. U joint is locked and is not turning as it should without being forced. Passenger side axle hub seal leaking bad as well. Smoke tested it and failed. Customer approved repairs. There is no Check engine light on and we have not had one come on.
R&R with new, Was out and making a grinding noise. Torqued. 4X4 works great!
R&R with new, Old was coming apart. Torqued.
R&R with new on front drivers side, torqued. Old was locked up.
R&R with new, Torqued. Old had so much play.
R&R with new seals. Both leaking bad. Torqued.

Diag, Front gear housing is leaking, turbo leaking. Both bad leaks. Needs front timing cover housing resealed and turbo replaced. Once in there found coolant temp sensor broken for a long time old crust built up, Needs engine oil topped off, its a brand new oil change so did not change but topped oil off. Freon empty, vacuum test passed, leak test passed, filled. Ice cold, Intake is cracked upper and map sensor is broken. Customer approved repairs.
R&R with new turbo, torqued. Replaced o rings and gaskets with new.
R&R front timing cover seals all with new, torqued.
R&R Coolant Temp sensor with new.
Complete Charge of the A/C system.

2016 Ford F-450 Super Duty

Diag, Rear brake line rubbed through almost all the way. Oil temp getting hot, Rear shackles worn out bad, rear shocks bad, oil separator leaking and factory one, front diff leaking, recovery tank leaking, transmission service, coolant lines, oil change, lower oil pan leaking, fan clutch bad, vacuum pump leaking bad. Customer approved, rear pads, tank and line, oil separator, oil cooler, lower oil pan reseal, oil change, transmission service. We will complete the other repairs when the customer has more time.
R&R with new vacuum pump gasket, torqued. Old leaking bad all the bolts were backed out.
R&R with new, Torqued. Comes on and works great.
R&R with new seal and installed. Torqued. Filled and ran, no leaks. Washed.
Changed engine oil and filter with 15-40
R&R engine oil cooler. Leaking heavy.
Service, transmission. Fluid and filter. Torqued. Fluid was burnt smelling and had lots of materiel and junk in it.
R&R with new, factory original still in. Plugged up.
R&R with new, leaking due to crack at the nipple. Installed new hose. Torqued all and filled. No leaks.
R&R cleaned up and filled with new fluid. Fixed the leak.
R&R with new pads. Torqued. Next run will need new rotors.

Diag, All ball joints bad, Front brakes bad, 1 pad on each side on metal to metal, calipers stuck and will not free up. Needs front pads and rotors along with wheel seals and sway bar bushings. Customer approved repairs.
R&R with new, torqued. Old were worn out bad and bar was moving an inch each direction.
R&R all ball joints with new, torqued. Old worn out and had bad play.
R&R with new pads on the front, 1 pad on each side was metal to metal from the calipers stuck and could not get them freed up. Torqued.
R&R with new, cracked and worn out from pads stuck. Torqued.

Diag, Ran an injector cut out test and they all cut out good and even no issues. The truck is in very rough condition and needs lots of work to get it to good running condition, coolant is low, transmission fluid leaking, slight stumble, white smoking from exhaust. Customer states he knows and will address as he gets time and money.
