Tore down and the axles are covered in thick burnt gear oil bad. Need to clean everything up good. Cleaned everything up good. Rebuilt and put in 80-W90 as requested by manufacture.
- Overhaul the rear differential with new, old one torn up.

2021 Jeep Wrangler

Ran a emissions test passed, ran a regen, passed. No codes, no issues. Test drove twice. Going to have the customer come get the Jeep and test drive it more and see if anything comes back.

2006 Chevrolet Silverado
Mileage330,215Service Date12/16/2025Services Performed- R&R EGR cooler with all new gaskets and o rings/seals. Torqued. EGR valve was 99% blocked on 1 side and 70% blocked on the other, EGR valve was full of coolant from EGR cooler failed internally leaking into the valve. Cleaned the EGR valve out good. After repairs, filled cooling system and bleed. Ran and checked, no pressure showed back up in the cooling system. Time will tell if the head gaskets were hurt from this. The pressure from bad cooler was so bad it was maxed out over 18PSI in the cooling system.

2016 Dodge Challenger

- R&R with new, Torqued. Both were worn out bad.

2007 Dodge Pickup
Mileage272,659Service Date10/24/2025Services Performed- Diag, Checked rear diff and serviced, Good, Checked T-case and there is no fluid in it at all. Drained and got about .5 of a quart out of it that is it and it was sludge and metal, no signs of leaks anywhere. Problem is Transfer case. Transmission fluid is full and looks good, Front diff is full and fluid looks good. Needs a Transfer case. Customer is bringing his own transfer case. NO WARRANTY.
- R&R cover, clean and inspect. No signs of metal or any issues, Filled with new fluid. Installed cover and torqued.
- Pulled plug and .5 qts of fluid came out, Tons of sludge and metal. Needs a transfer case.
- Customer dropped off his transfer case he supplied for install. Customer states the company states use 5-W30 Synthetic motor oil ONLY!! Customer provided the paper work for it stating as well. Installed Transfer case with 5-W30 Synthetic oil only. Torqued, Ran and tested. Good.

2016 Chevrolet Colorado
Mileage122,991Service Date10/23/2025Services Performed- Diag, Pulled truck in and checked out, engine oil everywhere bad from the turbo leaking. Turbo is stuck, Low power and loud noise. Can not diag vehicle any further until turbo is replaced. Turbo is on back order no ETA. After a week and a half found a turbo and ordered per customers approval. After turbo install will continue diag. After turbo repairs completed. Diag, Fuel filter leaking, Fixed leak due to customer states it was recently replaced somewhere else. Needs brakes. Customer said stop and they would come get their vehicle for now and declined anything else.
- R&R with new gaskets, and turbo. Torqued. Exhaust manifold gasket was also blown out. Installed, ran and test drove. Working good now and noise gone, no more oil leaking.

2013 Volkswagen Golf

Needs timing kit with water pump, camshaft position sensor, fuel filter and intake codes, coolant. Customer approved repairs. Once tore apart found most of the serpentine belt inside the timing cover wrapped around the crankshaft. Fuel leak caused this whole issue and coolant leak on to the serpentine belt. Bad fuel leak from fuel pump bolts leak, clamps loose, fuel lines routed wrong. Coolant hose routed wrong. Coolant tank is also leaking. Customer approved repairs on re routing lines and fixing leaks. CEL is on still for the throttle usually full of carbon and runners are stuck. Customer is aware.
- R&R with new, Old was shorted. Installed new timing belt kit while in there, torqued all. Timed engine. Ran, Engine runs good, CEl is on for intake. Test drove and no issues.
- (Combination) – TIMING BELT IDLER PULLEY TORQUED
- (Combination) – TIMING BELT TENSIONER &/OR BEARING TORQUED
- (Combination) – WATER PUMP TORQUED
- Fixed 3 fuel lines, 2 clamps. Fuel leaking all over the serpentine belt which caused these issues.
- R&R with new, Old was cracked and also leaking on the serpentine belt. Bleed, No leaks or issues.

- R&R and found that 2 rockers have failed. Valve cover gasket and all o rings on valve cover failed and leaking. Installed 2 new rockers. Resealed. Torqued all. Test drove, no issues or noises came back.

2012 Ford Pickup

Found the front drivers side hub is bad, bearing bad, and u joint bad. Bearing coming apart caused hub failure. U joint is locked and is not turning as it should without being forced. Passenger side axle hub seal leaking bad as well. Smoke tested it and failed. Customer approved repairs. There is no Check engine light on and we have not had one come on.
- R&R with new, Was out and making a grinding noise. Torqued. 4X4 works great!
- R&R with new, Old was coming apart. Torqued.
- R&R with new on front drivers side, torqued. Old was locked up.
- R&R with new, Torqued. Old had so much play.
- R&R with new seals. Both leaking bad. Torqued.
