Customer had been to several other shops in the area including the dealership. No one was able to find the battery drain. We were able to hook up an ammeter and take out fuses to figure out the circuit. Found out the passenger door window/lock switch was not shutting off properly. Replaced and programmed a new switch to take care of the issue.

The flange on the pulley broke off which led to a broken belt. We were able to find a new pulley and replace it getting this forklift back into service quickly.

No Power From Generator
When this customer came in with a complaint of a noise coming from the rear axle, we knew right where to look. With the vehicle on jack stands, we got it up to speed and could tell the pinion bearing was bad. When we removed the pinion we could see where it had been extremely hot. Replaced the faulty part and sent the vehicle on it's way.

This generator was brought in with a no power issue. We spent a lot of time diagnosing to find out the stator was bad. The magneto coil on the engine had gone bad and sent DC voltage to the generator side wiping out one of the diodes and the stator. The stator was more expensive than buying a new generator so we unfortunately did not get to fix this one

Faulty Transmission Solenoid
A Dodge Ram 1500 came in with an erratic and harsh shifting transmission. It had a code for the Low/Reverse solenoid. An ohm test of the solenoid found it was faulty and needed to be replaced. There was no reprogramming involved with this solenoid pack so this was an easy fix to get them back on the road.
